Chokeberry is known primarily for the production of juices, but has many other culinary uses. Chokeberry contains very large amounts of anthocyanins, or antioxidants, which inhibit the production of free radicals. Our fruits and vegetables are dried with hot air. Without the addition of preservatives, sugar or sweeteners, the composition is 100% fruit and vegetables.
