The Hipp company was founded in 1932 by Georg Hipp. In 1956, he developed a new method of food production packed into jars, and 3 years later HIPP launched the first baby jars on the market. The meeting of the Swiss pioneer in organic farming, Dr. Hans Muller, resulted in the creation of the first organic crops on the family farm of Georg Hipp. Currently, the HIPP company cooperates with over 6,000 farmers and is one of the largest producers of organic food.
