Raspberry production in Poland enjoys growing popularity. Polish raspberries are eagerly bought abroad. Ewa Bis sold about 56 tons of these fruits last year.

Raspberry is a fruit containing a lot of fiber – up to 6% on the total weight which is one of the highest values among all fruits. Raspberries are also a rich source of vitamin C and magnesium, and additionally have a very low sugar content. Great for jams, syrups, teas or as an addition to desserts.
