Tomatoes are one of the most popular vegetables in Poland. Their production is growing from year to year. Polish tomatoes are very much appreciated abroad. Our company, Ewa Bis, exports them more and more. Over the last year, we sold about 1780 tons of these vegetables.

Tomato is often used as an ingredient of salads, sauces, juices or soups. It is a good source of beta-carotene, potassium, vitamins E and C. This vegetable also contains lycopene, which is an antioxidant. Lycopene protects our organisms against numerous diseases of the circulatory system and cancers.
