Poland is one of the largest producers of broccoli in Europe. About 15% of European broccoli comes from our country. We produce more and more from year to year, and our vegetables are eagerly bought abroad. Ewa Bis in 2017 sold approx. 40 tons of these vegetables abroad.

Broccoli is a real green vitamin bomb. It contains sulforaphane, which is characterized by a strong anti-cancer effect, and additionally has a very beneficial effect on the eyesight. Broccoli also contains a large dose of vitamin C, A and manganese. It tastes great in every form.
