Potatoes are the basic vegetable in the diet of most people in the world. Their production has remained at a similar level. Polish potatoes are also valued abroad. Last year, our company, Ewa Bis, sold abroad about 25 tons of this vegetable.

Potato is currently cultivated all over the world, and the annual consumption of this vegetable for an average person is about 33 kg. It is valued mainly due to its culinary properties. Potatoes can be eaten in many ways, including cooked, fried or baked. They are a rich source of vitamins C, B6 and antioxidants.
